Jack Kramer
Senior Vice President, Customer Satisfaction
Jack is responsible for making sure our customers experience the highest levels of satisfaction with the products and services we deliver and for identifying and implementing improvements that will bring additional value to our customers. Jack has been a key driver of SunGard Higher Education initiatives, including the company’s vision of a digital campus. Over the years, he has served as vice president of product development, vice president for client services, general manager of professional services, project manager, and software engineer.
Jack is chairperson of the foundation board for his alma mater, the State University of New York at Geneseo, and is the chief instructor for the greater Philadelphia region of the Porsche Club of America.
