NAFSA: Association of International Educators serves international educators and their institutions and organizations by establishing principles of good practice, providing training and professional development opportunities, providing networking opportunities, and advocating for international education.

 

Postsecondary Electronic Standards Council's Board   

 

The PESC has formally established a structure for setting and maintaining standards for colleges and universities around the world. SunGard Higher Education was a cofounder of the PESC in 1997 and serves on the Postsecondary Electronic Standards Council's (PESC) Standards Forum, a non-profit organization focused on promoting standards for data sharing.

 

Open Source Enterprise Application Integration Initiative  

 

SunGard Higher Education is a founding member of the OpenEAI Project, an open source enterprise application integration (EAI) initiative that develops and perfects standards-based integration technologies. SunGard Higher Education supports the OpenEAI Project in investigating and documenting the controlling dynamics, principles, and practices of enterprise application integration. The OpenEAI Software Foundation, an Illinois not-for-profit corporation, guides the OpenEAI Project.
